November Timetable Additions For Lockdown

I’m sure like Julie and myself, you were hoping that a second lockdown would not be needed but here it is. We know that many of you had gone back to the gyms over the last few months and it’s been wonderful to see you in person in classes so I’m sure you are also really sad that the clubs have to close. But fear not, your two nutter instructors Julie and I want to help any way we can by putting more classes on zoom to help keep you fit and healthy. We can also do recordings of classes so if the time doesn’t suit you to join us live, you can have a link to the workout to do at a time that suits you better. We will happily take comments and suggestions as well as being flexible by looking at popularity of time slots but for now, here is what we are proposing on top of our current classes Wednesday 0845-945 Body conditioning (this will start 11th Nov) Thursday 0845-0945 PilatesFriday 0845 – 0915 Body conditioningFriday 0930-1030 PilatesWe are keeping the 60 minutes classes at £6 but will make the 45 minute classes at £5 and 30 minute classes at £4 and if you do two more classes in the same week then we will give you £1 off tot total for the week. 
The Thursday morning Pilates will start from 5th Nov so if you have paid for a Thursday eve class but would prefer to make it Thursday am then please just let us know and we can change that for you. 
We will evolve the timetable if needed over the coming weeks so as I say, please do feel free to let us know your thoughts and if you want any other classes like the HIIT one that I was doing in the first lockdown.
